Stonehurst Board of Directors

In accordance with the Bylaws, there are five Directors on the Board and all Directors are re-elected at each annual meeting by the HOA members to a one year term, provided, however, the Directors shall continue to serve until their successors are elected. If a vacancy occurs during the year, the Board may select someone to fill the vacant position for the remainder of that term.
